Just as early childhood development is important to a child's  education , so is finical literacy to our teens.  That's why iSaBu has a 5-point programs for teens and their money:

1. Budgeting: It's important our youth learn how to budget their money early in life, as it's one of the most important aspects of money management. 

2. Investing: iSaBu offers online & on-site classes that can teach teens the basics of investing, such as understanding stocks, mutual funds, and bonds.

3. Credit: Understanding credit, its positive and negative impacts is essential for youth to know as early as possible. We strive to teach our teens to understand how to responsibly use credit cards and other forms of credit wisely. 

4. Financial Planning: What if we were taught the importance of financial planning in middle or high school? Oh how much better we could navigated through financial hardship. Today we know having financial plan is essential for setting and achieving financial goals. 

5. Financial Literacy: iSaBu is excited to have partnered with global financial institutions to provided money management classes that will help or teens develop overall financial literacy throughout our rural communities

iSaBu provide online and onsite EP classes.  Our teens get to participate with youth nationally and locally.  Helping teens understand that with entrepreneurship a means to making money. It's a mindset and lifestyle.  

1. Discover: Teens in this program teens start with discovering how and what creativity they bear can be monetize. 

2. Explore: Then gradually move through an introduction, idea and opportunities of an entrepreneur. 

3. Experience: We partner with local and regional business owners that started business as an entrepreneur. 

4. Opportunity: iSaBu create and partner with other events to show case our teens gifts and talents as young local entrepreneurs.  Teens get to meet with other business owners with similar passions in business. Teens will have an opportunity to participate in local/regional/national pitch day should they choose too.

5. Action: Our youth will qualify to become Project Managers & Team Leads with various departments within iSaBu to futher higlight their leadership ability.  This includes within and iSaBu and throughout the local community.

iSaBu STEM program is designed to be a learning experience to middle and high schools and a great opportunities to team projects.  We are connected to STEM programs across the USA. Though few of our programs require: grade, age, and citizenship eligabilty, most do not. 

1. We focus just as much on teens that may not rack on the top 10-25% GPA of their class.

2. ALL of our STEM programs are FREE to our youth.

3. Most of our STEM programs are free for our charity.  For STEM programs that require a minimal fee, we do reserve enrollment to the most egaged and promising teens based on their participation, not age, grade or acidemic performance. 

 Way more than foster care, way more than a typical group home! The house of iSaBu Leadership Academy Home we put together a comprehensive program designed to love youth in foster care into young adulthood as they become self-sufficient, supportive, caring and confident leaders in life, community, career and college! Our plan is designed to keep the girls in one academy home until they are successfully placed and bounced around from foster/group home to the next.

1. A Holistic Approach: iSaBu House goes beyond providing shelter and meeting basic needs.  So our home include a comprehensive curriculum that teaches them life skills, financial literacy, college and career readiness.  All tailored  to match our teen girls passion, personality, to help them be hopeful about a brighter future. 

2. Empowerment : Our home residnency experiance is designed to empower our teens to take control of their lives in the areas they can and learn to build a brighter future starting from within. By taking the time access and get to know each girl, we together can cultivate the tools and resources needed to help them achieve their dreams with confidence.

3. Self-sustainability: Self love and self validation is imporant when a child feels like the ones that should have loved and cared for them may have failed or struggled to do so adaquiatly. So learning to save, drive, cook, work, create and live on a budget within thier means to ensure girls are equiped for long-term success not a temporay solution in their with iSaBu House.

4. Individulized attention: Whether it's teaching girls how drive, complete a college or trade school application, we take the time to get to know the girls. We strive to meet thier unique needs and support their aspirations. Taking the approach that our academy program is tailored to the girl, helps her identify her strengths and weaknesses as she works towards acheiving her goal, learning to celebrate the smallest of victories. 

5. Community involvement: Our teens are not an island unto herself. They get an opertunity to work closely with other youth and with the community.  We support the girls in developing meaningful opportunirs to engage as well as contribute to socient, developing leadership skills, and building positive relationships with others.
